Role Overview: 
•    Manages the Performance and Job Recognition scorecards of the assigned Channel/Customer/BU Teams based on the aligned and approved set of KRA measures and guidelines.
•    Is accountable for the output of the Project Team on the design, delivery and implementation of the required business analysis and/or analytical tools by applying Project Management skills.
•    Maximizes, anticipates and decides on his/her own with little supervision from Immediate Superior, guided by existing policies, standards, guidelines, business and technical know-how of the job.
•    Collaborates deliverables of the Team with other Officers/Team Leaders within and outside the Division which includes coordination with TMG, Channel Teams, CIT, TOMG and PDBA.    
•    Sets priorities, coordinates and supervises daily activities of direct report/s (IT Consultants) and coaches Team members in the design and delivery of customized analytical tools and reports for the Division.  
•    Synergizes with other major information data sources in Unilab such as PDBA, CIT, TOMG, Credit and Finance by facilitating and providing inputs in data and information alignment and accreditation of new data sets for inclusion to corporate reports.

Qualifications: 
•    Bachelor's Degree / 4-year Course graduate    
•    Has Degrees either in Management Information Systems, Industrial or Management Engineering,  other Management Related Courses, Mathematics or Statistics    
•    At least 1-2 years of experience    
•    Knowledgeable in Tableau Software
•    At least one (1) year of experience in Analytics/Project Management
•    Has Data Mining Skills, or skills and experience in working on complex, data-driven assignments and navigate around large data structures.
•    Currently based and/ or have work experience in Metro Manila
