IT ADMIN ASSISTANT

Role Overview

  • Assists in processing Vendor and Employee Spend Transactions such as purchase requisitions, cash advance requests, reimbursements and liquidations
  • Supports the division's Resource Management functions including onboarding, tracking of utilization, offboarding, and contracts monitoring
  • Processes and monitors bills payment transactions
  • Provides overall general administrative support to the division

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or any related course
  • With at least 6 months of related work experience
  • Excellent communication skills and keen to detail
