Our Finance, Treasury, and Audit teams play a crucial role with respect to the fulfillment of Unilab’s business strategies and financial goals.

These teams are responsible for the objective evaluation of the business’ financial health, maintenance of financial records and statements, and execution of effective fund and investment management activities. They formulate guidelines and ensure proper compliance with company financial policies and government regulations.

They are behind the development of strong operational procedures founded on sound financial principles and the intelligent interpretation of economic and industry data applied to decisions that drive value for the customers.

They are also responsible for conducting objective evaluation of the efficiency of operational procedures, and the effectiveness and adequacy of controls that address risks in the Company’s governance, processes, and information systems.
