OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE/INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING PROCESS ENGINEER

Role Overview/Tasks: 
•    Handles data analytics and ad hoc case studies, machine utilization and capacity computations
•    Manages projects of plant and division initiatives
•    Supports Lean Implementation Program, implementation of Lean Six Sigma concepts, development and presentation of training materials
•    Supports Strategic Planning Exercises and Budget review process
•    Generates Plant Key Performance Indicators Reports and development of data spreadsheets or programs

Qualifications: 
•    Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and Management, or other related engineering courses.
•    Fresh graduates may apply but those with 3-5 years of work experience are preferred (preferably in the manufacturing industry)
•    Intermediate skills in MS Office applications especially Excel and Powerpoint; ability to develop publication materials through Adobe/Canva is a plus
•    Has experience in handling and facilitating projects and case studies
•    Experience and knowledge in Lean Management concepts and Programs; with Lean Six Sigma Belt is a plus
