ADMIN ASSISTANT

Role Overview: 
•    Prepares Project Proposal Document (PPD) via Coupa, and monitors approvals      
•    Routing of relevant budget documents such as Service Level Agreement (SLA), requests and ensures budget transfer in coordination with Finance
•    Creates Purchase Request (PR) - Purchase Request PO - Purchase Order for initiatives managed by Trade Marketing and Promo-Merch Operations Group      
•    Monitors release of PO. Creates Good Receipt (GR) and monitors invoice approvals from Trade Marketing up to Sales Admin TL
•    In charge of close coordination and alignment of approved PRs with Trade Marketing, CDS and supplier.
•    Prepares Request for Credit Memo (RFCM) for Trade Marketing initiatives, ensuring completeness of supporting documents, and approvals in Phoenix
•    In charge of processing reimbursements for free goods (for Distributor accounts only) 

Qualifications: 
•    Bachelor's Degree / 4-year Course graduate    
•    Business / Management Courses    
•    Open to Fresh Graduates with no formal work experience    
•    Has extensive knowledge in operating modern office equipment, very good in Excel.
•    Must be able to coordinate diverse administrative tasks requiring exceptional organizational and communication skills
•    Currently based and/ or have work experience in Metro Manila
