Role Overview

• Manages and coordinates completion of projects in the Manufacturing Network such as new technology, new facility, equipment and other network wide initiatives
• Conducts feasibility studies and/or evaluation of new technology, facility equipment for the network
• Prepares technology transfer protocols and coordinates requirements with Sending Unit (SU) and receiving unit (RU) to complete technology transfer initiatives
• Researches and submits new technology and innovation, improvements on existing technology for possible implementation in the manufacturing network
• Coordinates completion of milestone activities in the transfer/supply of existing products in the local and regional market
• Provides technical documents and coordinates completion of requirements in the registration of existing products in the local and regional manufacturing network.
• Coordinates with local and foreign clients and provides support to UL subsidiaries in the toll manufacturing requirements
• Provides consultancy and other technical services requirements to the whole manufacturing network upon request and as needed.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Industrial Pharmacy or BS Chemical Engineering and other related course with PRC license
• With 3 to 5 years actual experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and QA/QC operations
• With working knowledge of GMP, pharmaceutical industry, process validation, technology transfer, regulatory requirements, Quality Management System/ QA/QC operations
• Diligent, hard-working and team player
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Power-point
• Experienced in project management is a plus
