Role Overview:

• Monitors the performance of service providers to assure agreed service levels are consistently achieved by monthly reportorial, quarterly business reviews
• Manages the Fleet Management unit to ensure smooth daily operations by maintaining a high standard of service
• Maintains the monitoring system of all company vehicles
• Keeps the system updated from asset transfers, assignment/re-assignment, LTO registration, repair and maintenance and deed of sale
• Organizes the bidding activities, consolidation of vehicles for bidding, bidding committee discussion, announcements of bidding, and coordination with winning bidders for the process of deed of sale
• Works with third-party providers and ensure SLA for registration and repair and maintenance are met.
• Monitors, analyzes and reports expenses, forecasts and other financial related activities
• Seeks process improvement opportunities and drives projects to accomplish them by capturing employee demands and creating new service offerings and environment

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree holder
• With at least 1-2 years in the field of Business Services
• Preferably has an experience in project and program management
