BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST

Role Overview:

• Enable and champion the delivery of a secure modern Digital  Workplace 
• Oversee and shape the end user experience to ensure technology is empowering people to do their best work possible
• Create services (development, operation, continuous improvement, etc.) around Digital Workplace and solutions  
• Advocate digital transformation and promote greater digital collaboration within the business units 
• Drive up digital literacy and evangelize new technologies and systems in order to inspire and lead change thru cascades, training, education and awareness
• Implement modern digital workplace tools, standards, best practices to the different business units
• Develop digital solutions based on business unit requirements
• Work with different account managers to identify digital solution opportunities across the different business units
• Liaise with  vendors in support of digital tools, platforms and products (e.g. Microsoft)
• Provide data insights on  Digital Workplace platforms based on user experience and incident data analytics to identify gaps and drive capabilities improvements which are in line with the strategic direction.
• Work with necessary product, development implementation teams to deliver business requirements
• Liaise with different groups such as and not limited to the Business Units, stakeholders, technical team, project managers in the interpretation and implementation of projects  
• Prepare project documentation that is adherent to the company's quality objectives 
• Prepare and conducts demos, end-user training materials, and presentations 

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of Engineering, Business, Applied Science or any related courses
• At least 3 years of related work experience
• Experience in business analysis and design, requirements gathering
• Expertise in digital workplace tools and platforms
• Strong technical background in various technologies e.g. Microsoft Office 365, Digital Workplace, Web, Automation, Collaboration is a plus 
• Experience in leading and implementing digital workplace, platform, solutions initiatives
• Experience presenting and speaking to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Related work experience in industries such as business, pharma/healthcare, IT 
• Project management experience is a plus
