Key Responsibilities:
Systems Management
•    Lead the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of IT systems, including ERP, CRM, and Point of Sale platforms.
•    Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system requirements, manage project timelines, and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
•    Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
•    Train and support end-users in maximizing system capabilities.
Data Management
•    Manage databases (MSSQL, PostgreSQL, Redshift) to ensure data accuracy, security, and performance.
•    Develop and implement data governance policies to uphold data quality and compliance.
•    Oversee data transformation, validation, and reporting processes to provide actionable insights.
•    Support data integration across systems, enabling efficient information flow and decision-making

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Course or related field.
•    Strong experience in managing IT systems such as ERP, CRM, or Point of Sale.
•    Proven skills in data management, with proficiency in MSSQL, PostgreSQL, and Redshift.
•    Solid understanding of system and data integration principles.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
•    Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Agile) or database tools are an advantage.
•    Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
