Role Overview:

•    Monitor production activities closely, adhering strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
•    Maintain accurate, timely records to guarantee traceability and full compliance with cGMP standards
•    Uphold regulatory compliance and promote a safe working environment at all times
•    Proactively suggest and support continuous improvement initiatives to boost process efficiency and product quality

Qualifications:

•    Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field
•    Hands-on familiarity with pharmaceutical production processes
•    Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to quickly identify anomalies or deviations
•    Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
•    Ability to thrive under pressure in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
