CASHIERING ANALYST

Role Overview:

• Validates and deposits all Non-Trade collections and funding to designated account Pharma and some Non-Pharma companies
• Updates daily reports in Bank Portals and new issuance of Pay link Checks
• Reconciles the MC delivered vs payment proposal IDs approved
• Sends email notification to suppliers and authorized representatives regarding check availability and payment remittance with payment details
• Summarizes and submits vouchers/stubs and receipts to Finance
• Manages HOC Revolving Fund

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy
• With knowledge on MS Excel
• Must have strong attention to details, results and customer-oriented
• With at least 1-2 years of work experience/background in Cashiering and Tax Compliance
