ROLE OVERVIEW

• Plans, coordinates, and implements consumer-directed marketing initiatives across digital, influencer, and on-ground platforms.
• Provides inputs to the overall brand strategy through data gathering, analysis, and consumer insights.
• Supports the development of strategic and thematic communication campaigns for the corporate brand.
• Coordinates with partner agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure effective campaign execution.
• Collaborates with other divisions to align marketing efforts with corporate directions while addressing their unique needs.
• Assists in managing company resources by reviewing plans, monitoring cost efficiencies, and ensuring reasonable business returns for assigned programs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or Business Management
• At least 3–6 years of relevant experience in marketing communications or related fields
• Strong background in marketing communications, with exposure to digital and influencer marketing preferred
• Excellent coordination and project management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage agency partnerships
• Creativity and passion for building consumer connections aligned with corporate brand direction
