DATA ANALYTICS OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

JOB OVERVIEW:

-Coordinate and communicate constantly with Marketing/S&CD/Marketing Support Providers/CIT/PDBA/Legal in operations of the different CRM Programs.
-Build, improve, manage the technology platform that allows Unilab to directly interact with its customers.
-Engage with customers to improve compliance and health outcome
-Increase operational efficiency through the use of Data Analytics.
-Create and manage administrative requirements and documents of CRM Development and Operations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

-Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Management Engineering, Data Science, Statistics or Management Information Technology courses
-At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
-Advanced Excel Skills, Data Science Concepts
-Some level of Python Coding
