DATA ENGINEER (FOR SUBSIDIARY)

Role Overview:

The Data Engineer constructs and maintains the data infrastructure, pipelines, and storage solutions required for AI model training and deployment, ensuring efficient data flow and accessibility

• Design and build data pipelines and ETL processes
• Develop and maintain data storage solutions
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility
• Collaborate with data scientists to prepare datasets for AI models
• Optimize data workflows for performance and scalability
• Implement data validation and cleansing processes
• Document data engineering processes and standards

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in data engineering and ETL (extract, transform, load) processes; ETL skills a must
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark); Python coding skills a must
• With strong experience in modern data engineering tools:
  • AWS / GCP / Azure (AWS preferred)
  • Databrick / Snowflake / BigQuery
  • Kafka / PubSub / Apache Beam
  • dbt / FiveTran / Apache NiFi
  • AWS Batch / PySpark / Argo / Airflow
  • Kubernetes / Terraform 
  • CI/CD / Git
