DEMAND PLANNING ANALYST

Role Overview: 
•    Assists in the preparations and facilitation of Demand Planning (Pre Demand Review and Demand Review) for the assigned account with the objective to come up with a single operating  plan that is aligned to the business objectives.
•    Gathers, cleanses and analyzes data to update an 18-month rolling demand forecast based on planning methodology of baseline and programs accelerators & decelerators for the assigned account.  
•    Assists in analyzing the rolled forecast if realistic or not based on the latest trends, i.e. SO data covers MST/POS, competitive UPOS, Home Panel  & other relevant data.
•    Makes necessary planning adjustment for inventory levels  by carefully assessing good stocks, Short Dated Inventory (SDI) and Potential SDI for both commercial and samples stocks on a monthly basis.
•    Creates initial promo evaluation of programs implemented to assess, learn, document and input in the next planning cycle.  
•    Prepares Supply Outlook, Freshness Report, Co-locates SDI and stocking level and initiates taskforce meetings for the assigned account to discuss supply risks or address / mitigate risks to business.

Qualifications:
•    Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Accountancy and BS Math or any related course
•    With knowledge on Supply Chain and Logistics Management
•    With one (1) to two (2) years of relevant working experience is preferred
•    Proficient in MS Office applications such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
•    Fresh graduates are open to apply
