DEVELOPMENT LEAD (FOR SUBSIDIARY)

Role Overview:

The Development Lead will oversee the development team, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality AI solutions that align with business goals. This role involves managing the development lifecycle, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving technical excellence and innovation within the team.

• Lead and manage the development team, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output
• Oversee the full AI solution development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product lead, solution architect, UX/UI designers, and engineers to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines
• Develop and maintain technical standards, code quality, and best practices within the team
• Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Identify and mitigate risks related to project timelines, technical debt, and resource availability
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate new practices and tools

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred
• 7-10 years of software development experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar
• Proven experience managing development teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
