FINANCE SPECIALIST

Role Overview:

• Provides business and financial analytics to the different functional units
• Understands operations and flow of information that feeds into profit and loss (P&L), especially expenses
• Reviews policies and business processes and recommends improvements
• Prepares financial, tax, project sensitivity analyses on various areas of the operations
• Prepares, collects budget inputs, and consolidates annual budget
• Participates in the budgeting, book-month closing, and preparing of management reports
• Assists new business/es in ensuring compliance to spend/reporting/corporate committee on documentation requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Preferably graduate of BS Accountancy, BS Management Engineering, BS Management Accounting and/or Management course (or its equivalent)
• Preferably a Certified Public Accountant
• With at least two years of related work experience, preferably with External Audit experience and/or Finance Analyst role of Pharma or FMCG company
• Adept in accounting systems and MS Excel
• Adept in SAP / Anaplan is a plus but not a requirement
• Innovative and able to suggest policies and business process improvement
