Role Overview:

• Uses strategic lens and technical mastery for Visual Creation Projects
• Maximizes and optimizes use of existing tools/technology/systems with analyses of data to create the most effective visual creation
• Safeguards and implements process of Ways of Working to optimize resources and leadtime management
• Builds learnings on brands/projects assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Has 3-5 years of related work experience
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and 3D Sketchup
• Ability to translate briefs and concepts into visually compelling designs
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Portfolio showcasing relevant design work (print, digital, or both)
