Role Overview:

• Validates compliance to the minimum documentary requirements for statutory benefits availment and company initiated benefits
• Communicates to employees whenever there are lacking requirements in processing their benefit claims for:
  • Loans applications (SSS, Pag-IBIG)
  • Government reimbursements (sickness, maternity)
  • Processing of government certifications
• Generates employee listing qualified for commodity benefits
• Involves uploading of corresponding benefit in the system
• Administers defined process for Christmas Basket (in kind)
• Performs needed coordination work with internal partners for the release of benefit to employees
• Maintains tracking system  of processed transactions. 
• Performs defined tasks for assigned projects such as creation of communication materials for statutory benefits availment, etc.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources Management, Behavioral Science or any related course
• With at least 2-3 years of work experience in administration of statutory benefits
• Has good communication skills
