ROLE OVERVIEW

• Supports the Project Manager in the growing requirement for innovations in the assigned segments and handles own projects with supervision
• Assists the project manager by managing assigned NPD (new product development) projects from development to execution and ensures timely planning, execution and evaluation
• Assists in the development of innovation strategies by gathering and analyzing relevant business information.
• Assists in managing the segment’s resources and reviews plans to ensure reasonable business returns for investments in innovation projects
• Executes the Innovation Team’s capability building projects with supervision

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Social Science or any related course
• At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• With Product Management, Product development and/or launch experience
• With Brand Management or Marketing background
• Experience handling Pharmaceutical products is an advantage
