INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST

Role Overview:

• Manages Unilab's enterprise social network and monitors employee activity 
• Regulates and creates content, and comes up with campaigns to improve employee engagement
• Ensures that employee database is accurate and that accounts are properly working
• Maintains analytics database and provides actionable insights
• Partners with internal IT team for tech requirements and developments
• Organizes corporate events and sources event agencies for bidding
• Serves as creative lead for event collaterals; ensures that agency creatives are aligned with corporate branding
• Manages photo and video shoot
• Serves as lead for on-the-day photo and video documentation; manages Workplace livestream of the event and coordinates provincial watch parties
• Serves as in-house content and creatives producer
• Maintains pool of partner photographers, videographers, and creative agencies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree holder of Media, Communication, Multimedia Arts or any related course
• With 5 to 7 years of related work experience 
• Candidate must have experience as graphic artist; knowledge in video editing tools is a plus
• Must have strong communication and project management skills, with experience in organizing events
• Experience in social media management and platform change management is a plus
