JR. FINANCE ASSISTANT

Role Overview: 

• Receives and scans clearances of separated employees for the computation of final pay
• Prepares loan profile for employees applying for company loan
• Performs generation, validation and submission of approved loans weekly
• Performs validation and analysis of loan for payroll computation 
• Prepares Modified Pag-Ibig 2 template and monthly remittance reports
• Performs liaison work for manual payment of non-statutory remittances
• Coordinates the distribution and monitoring of ITR Form 2316
• Attends to payroll related inquiries (emails and calls)
• Performs fingers scan enrollment of new hire employees
• Prepares monthly intercompany settlement, prints supporting schedules and routes it for validation and approval
• Performs routine accounting activities, such as:
• Clearing of foreign currency intercompany transactions
• Uploading of AR Interco entries from Credit Department upon request

Required Qualifications: 

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related business course
• Open to fresh graduates; candidates with at least one (1) year experience in an administrative-related function is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
• Must have time management, customer service and organization skills
