MANUFACTURING FINANCE SPECIALIST

Role Overview:

• Consolidates and analyzes financial data (financial performance, CAPEX and Manpower reports, Accruals, Anaplan Commentary, etc)
• Assists in the  annual budgeting activities which include preparation, analysis, and consolidation for Latest Estimate (LE) and Original Budget for the current and succeeding year respectively
• Validates, analyzes and approves transactions: Coupa Purchase Request and Personnel reimbursements/liquidations, 1SS AMF,  contract services billing on a daily basis or upon receipt of documents
• Prepares financial evaluation for CAPEX requests of the divisions by providing pertinent data that are useful in determining the importance of acquisition for every material request
• Validates financial terms of contract/memorandum of agreement for CQA&C and R&D experimental studies by reviewing the documents upon receipt of documents

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of Accountancy
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Has at least one (1) year experience in Finance or Audit
• With good communication skills and team-player, can work with diverse individuals collaboratively
• Good analytical skills for problem solving and issue/risk mitigation
• Knowledgeable in MS Excel (intermediate to expert level)
