MARKETING ANALYTICS OFFICER

Role Overview:

• Mine and analyze data from the company database to understand doctors' interests, profiles, sales, and prescription trends, as well as their support for competitor products.
• Integrated Marketing Communications Planning (IMC)
  • Recommend personalized talking points, engagement activities (dinners, gifts, etc.), and events that align with individual doctor's interests and needs.
  • Develop and execute action plans to improve communication and relationship-building strategies between PHG Operations (OMs, DMs, PSRs) and doctors.
• Utilize data visualization tools to present insights and recommendations in an understandable and actionable format.
• Suggest innovative marketing strategies and customer journeys to enhance doctor engagement and loyalty to Unilab.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the implementation of personalized marketing and engagement strategies.
• Continuously assess and report on the effectiveness of the marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering, Business, Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Data Analytics or Marketing;
• Proficient in data visualization and analytics tools.
• Strong creative marketing and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to balance technical analysis with creative marketing strategies
