ROLE OVERVIEW
BRAND EQUITY MANAGEMENT (Product Life Cycle, Brand Architecture and Growth Strategy)
- Manages product lifecycle and identifies relevant market, touchpoints, business and customer dynamics (through the use of various data, researches and insighting tools) in the creation of go-to-market plans.
- Develops brand vision, short / long-term growth strategies and architecture, and identifies new ideas, areas for improvement, or alternative solutions.
- Ensures sustainable business growth and strengthening of brand equity over time.
- Manages commercialization of new solutions for the core business, including post-launch reviews if necessary
TOTAL MARKETING CAMPAIGN DEVELOPOMENTN & EXECUTION
- Executes strategic priorities into operational reality by implementing end-to-end management of marketing campaigns and programs from ideation to execution.
- Ideates new concepts / ideas and drives them to completion through responsible experimentation.
- Aligns and collaborates with relevant stakeholders to progress plans and achieves desired results. Synthesizes key learnings and determines way forward for program replicability and sustainability.
- Executes end-to-end business planning and management for the assigned product (such as marketing, demand/supply chain, financials).
BUSINESS STEWARDSHIP and FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
- Effectively manages resources and evaluates financial impact of brand plans.
- Continuously identifies and pursues opportunities to deliver cost efficiencies / business results and optimizes brand profitability.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
- Responsible for the growth and performance of a direct report; providing regular assessment to ensure career development
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Attained bachelor’s degree in any business or marketing-related course
- With 5 to 7 years of solid brand management or marketing experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals, FMCG, telco, fintech, or e-commerce. The majority of the total experience must be in brand management or marketing
- Must be entrepreneurial and agile go-getters, achievers who have the curiosity, aptitude, persistence, and resilience to solve consumer and business problems
- Has good analytical skills which can filter, prioritize and analyze information in complicated and/or new situations
- With strong proficiency and command of Digital Marketing including eCommerce; able to deliver excellent consumer engagement and business results through the evolving digital platforms.
- Must be agile and comfortable with experimentation & evaluating risks, able to pivot when needed and eager to create value in the soonest possible time
- With excellent leadership of cross-functional teams, able to manage complex projects, rally and influence key stakeholders. Good communication / persuasion skills
