PURCHASING ANALYST

Role Overview:

•    Creates and processes Purchase Orders and track the deliveries to ensure on-time and in-full delivery of ordered materials , this includes immediate resolution, communication and mitigation of potential issues
•    Negotiates commercial terms (minimum order quantity, batch size, supply price, incoterm, payment term, lead time ).
•    Develops and fosters supplier relationships and keep good communication with suppliers to ensure that business requirements are met
o    Maintains a positive relationship with suppliers and conduct plant visits, when applicable
•    Conducts regular Business Reviews with suppliers to review their performance
•    Coordinates with stakeholders to ensure requirements are satisfactorily fulfilled.
•    Ensures compliance to Company Business  Policies and Purchasing Standard Operating Procedures 
o    Practice the virtue of Integrity at all times
o    Strictly adheres to company business policies

Qualifications:

•    Must be a Bachelor's Degree graduate of a Business or Engineering course
•    Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
•    Relevant buying experience, knowledge in coordinating with all entities involved in a supply chain/process, and strategic planning in procurement, production, and inventory controls is an advantage
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    Able handle pressure and meet targets and deadlines
•    Excellent critical thinking skills
