QA SPECIALIST

Role Overview:

•    Develops, implements and maintains QA-related training programs based on organizational and employee needs.
•    Conducts onboarding training, annual GMP refreshers, and role-specific QA training.
•    Ensures training content is aligned with current regulatory expectations and company SOPs.
•    Tracks training effectiveness and maintain training records in compliance with regulatory standards.
•    Maintains employee professional development through arrangements of CPD courses for licensed employees
•    Ensures that learning from consultancies, programs, researches, conferences, and other activities are reflected in training content.

Qualifications:

Education
•    Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Microbiology, Life Sciences, or a related field.

Experience
•    2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical QA roles.
•    1+ years of experience in designing and delivering training programs within a regulated industry.
•    Hands-on knowledge of GMP environments and QA systems, including CAPA, deviation management, batch record review, and change control.
•    Familiarity with regulatory inspections and audit preparation.

Key Skills & Competencies
•    Strong understanding of PIC/s, GMP, FDA, EMA, and ICH guidelines.
•    Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) to deliver and track training.
•    Excellent instructional design skills, with the ability to create SOP-based, role-specific, and compliance-driven training materials.
•    Effective communication and presentation skills - able to train cross-functional teams from entry-level QA personnel to senior staff.
•    Ability to perform training needs analysis (TNA) and develop targeted learning plans.
•    Know-how in instructional design is considered a valuable asset
