QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST

Role Overview: 

• Assists in the managing of routine activities of assigned plant quality systems by processing, evaluating, and monitoring of quality reports within leadtime as well as provides the quality system metrics data for presentation to management and concerned areas
• Accomplishes Annual Product Quality Review of assigned products by gathering of relevant data, preparation of reports and coordination with responsible areas for necessary actions and improvements
• Participates in cross-functional projects and technical discussions by providing relevant data and supporting completion of action plans
• Reviews, prepares or updates assigned Procedural Documents in a timely manner
• Recommends and implements at least one special project or OE improvement per year by adopting the best practices  and/or applying new learnings
• Participates in unit strategies in achieving KRAs by managing assigned tasks, providing service to  internal customer, complying with approved individual development plan and involvement in team synergistic activities.

Required Qulifications:

• Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry
• Must be a licensed Pharmacist, Registered Chemical Engineer, or licensed Chemist
• WIth 1 to 2 years relevant work experience is preferred
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Excellent time management and problem solving skills
• Must be a team player
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High proficiency in MS Office Applications
