SPEND MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS LEAD

Role Overview:
- Provides direction to the operations support team by asserting the standard service operations processes and evaluating the delivered tasks versus the service level agreement on a periodic basis.
- Implements improvements for IT services by conducting regular service reviews, identifying improvement areas due to metrics not reached, holding regular benchmarking, and conducting audits and maturity assessments.
- Conducts review of IT service portfolio by evaluating existing service catalogues and benchmarking with similar technologies on a periodic basis.
- Implements assigned projects by managing completion of project tasks per phases, managing deliverables of project team members, communicating project status, monitoring issues and resolution and aligning transitioning to support upon go-live.
- Facilitates discussions with CIT LT and the different BU/ divisional, and regional country customers on opportunities to generate more value from the system by implementing new features/functionalities/modules, by improving visibility through dashboards/metrics, and expanding usage of existing modules. Effectively, the Spend Management Systems Lead performs the Value Manager role to the org.
- May be asked to perform role as Account Manager/Account associate to selected BU/divisions/ULI. May be asked to perform role of Resource Manager to optimize mix of implementation/support resources and reduce costs.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of Information Technology or any related course
- Has a good appreciation of business process and systems like Coupa and SAP.
- Has an experience in customer relationship management, operations support and Project Management
- Has experience in handling a team
