Role Overview:

• Performs data validation and quality checks to ensure high data quality. Identifies opportunities to optimize reporting processes and data workflows.                      
• Supports data standardization and governance initiatives, and assists in maintaining data definitions, metrics logic, and documentation to ensure consistency in the usage of data and easier integration across different datasets.
• Identifies opportunities to automate recurring reports by designing, building and maintaining dashboards and other possible data visualization platforms to provide an efficient and consistent data delivery.            
• Responsible for analyzing assigned data sets by transforming data into actionable insights by analyzing the data, identifying trends and pattern, to enable data-driven decision making
• Works with IT and other data teams to support data requirements of different stakeholders                    
• Works with other cross-functional units to identify current and future data needs related to external data sets

Required Qualifications:

• Attained a Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Math, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Engineering
• With at least 3-6 years of relevant experience preferably in data analytics
• With experience in statistical analysis, data management, and data visualization and using tools for these (Advanced Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau)
• Has to have good analytical, critical thinking, communication and interpersonal skills
