SUPPLY PLANNING ANALYST

Role Overview:

• Plans, monitors and ensures supply availability of Finished Goods and Materials (Raw & Packaging) based on demand requirements.
• Provides supply plan for Manufacturing within agreed capacity
• Provides purchase plan for Raw and Packaging materials.
• Aligns with Supply Team regularly to agree on an accurate Aggregate Plan based on the Forecast.
• Aligns with Demand Team regularly to agree on changes in the Demand Plan and its impact to Supply; Declares risk and Mitigation Steps.
• Leads inter-team projects and initiatives.
• Represents Supply and Materials Planning on inter-divisional supply projects and initiatives

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or other related course
• Microsoft savvy specifically in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experienced in Materials/Finished Goods/Supply Planning is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in SAP is an advantage
