SUSTAINABILITY DIRECTOR

Strategy Development & Implementation

• Lead the development and implementation of the company's overall sustainability and ESG strategies.
• Set goals and objectives for more sustainable practices, and recommend new procedures or equipment to reduce environmental impact. 
• Support strategic decision-making by contributing to business strategy.

ESG Management and Monitoring

• Oversee ESG data management and reporting to drive company-wide environmental goals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies involved.

Stakeholder, Project & Team Management

• Manage sustainability projects, including capacity-building efforts.
• Support and lead cross-functional teams to achieve sustainability objectives. 

Output and Deliverables

• Develop enhanced materiality assessment matrix, including formulating, supporting and executing strategies and policies together with the relevant stakeholders; Look for opportunities to embed sustainability in the business.
• Sustainability Report (oversee preparation including end to end process, from data gathering and data organization to completion of audited report); EPR and other related environmental reports for compliance; Track and measure the progress of ESG goals and key results areas to develop data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• United Eco Council engagement projects, overall communications of Sustainability internally and externally; Industry representation            

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor's Degree - Minimum of a 4 year degree in Management, Sustainability or any suitable field. 
2. Has acquired a minimum of 5 years training in ESG.
3. Demonstrates strong analytical and data management skills and proficiency in sustainability frameworks (e.g., ESG). Has a strong track record in project management and data analytics. 
4. Knowledgeable on ESG Reporting. Understands global and Philippine-specific sustainability concepts and climate change relevance. Familiar with local regulations, both existing and upcoming trends in ESG. 
5. Has the ability to integrate business knwoledge with ESG
6. Proficient in MS Office and other productivity tools
