Role Overview:

• Provides insights and recommendations for the team’s operational and strategic plans, drawing from execution experience and program/project results.
• Offers essential support to assigned division account partners, ensuring the successful delivery of team learning and development programs and fulfillment of requirements.
• Manages and delivers assigned programs and related projects efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Leverages the learning management system and digital tools to enhance learning experiences and maximize the impact of development programs.
• Tracks and analyzes talent development metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and outcomes of assigned learning and development programs and initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Organizational Development, or related fields.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in learning and development, with a strong background in training and instructional design.
• Preferably experienced in curriculum design.
• Proficient in leadership and behavioral development principles.
• Skilled in account management, with the ability to identify business and performance gaps essential for designing impactful programs.
• Analytical and data-driven, adept at evaluating complex options and developing innovative solutions to address challenges.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the capacity for team alignment and presenting recommendations to division leadership teams
