ASSISTANT PRODUCT MANAGER (PEDIATRICA)
Role Overview:
-
Supports the creation of a vision and goal for the product by thorough assessment of market potential
-
Identifies key challenges and opportunities as inputs to brand strategies and programs
-
Develops strategies and design programs that will maximize the opportunities and address the brand’s key challenges
-
Delivers total business volume and profitability through successful brand programs
-
Monitors the execution of programs and evaluates their impact vis-a-vis performance of the product
Required Qualifications:
-
Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing Management, Accounting, Economics or any Business/Science related courses
-
With at least 2 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Sales, Field Operations or Business Development
-
Familiar with marketing program implementation in various channels, and preferably with experience in Marketing Analytics
-
Must have good leadership, project management, and analytical skills
-
With excellent written and verbal communication skills, a team player, and is able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
-
Knowledgeable in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
