ASSISTANT PRODUCT MANAGER (PEDIATRICA)

Role Overview:

• Supports the creation of a vision and goal for the product by thorough assessment of market potential

• Identifies key challenges and opportunities as inputs to brand strategies and programs

• Develops strategies and design programs that will maximize the opportunities and address the brand’s key challenges

• Delivers total business volume and profitability through successful brand programs

• Monitors the execution of programs and evaluates their impact vis-a-vis performance of the product

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing Management, Accounting, Economics or any Business/Science related courses

• With at least 2 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Sales, Field Operations or Business Development

• Familiar with marketing program implementation in various channels, and preferably with experience in Marketing Analytics

• Must have good leadership, project management, and analytical skills

• With excellent written and verbal communication skills, a team player, and is able to work on multiple projects simultaneously

• Knowledgeable in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
