EMPLOYEE RELATIONS ANALYST
- Design, research, benchmark, and review employee relations (ER) programs, ensuring relevance, effectiveness, and employee satisfaction.
- Execute ER initiatives such as wellness programs, sports activities, workshops for employees and dependents, supporting culture-building campaigns.
- Assist in end-to-end planning including concept development, logistics, scheduling, venue coordination, and program flow.
- Ensure engagement activities align with ER goals (positive work environment, camaraderie, and employee well-being).
- Plan and facilitate workshops for employees' children or family members (e.g., summer programs, learning workshops, family days).
- Handle communication, registration, materials, and coordination with facilitators or partner organizations.
- Coordinate with internal partners, external parties/vendors, in relation to the programs for implementation
- Conducts surveys and other feedback gathering initiatives to constantly check on relevance of programs to the needs of employees
- Serve as HR/ER liaison to the Employees Council for implementing ER activities.
- Assist in planning, monitoring budgets, and reporting progress of council-led initiatives.
- Provide guidance on policies, protocols, and risk management for council events.
- EC: Craft internal communications for engagement events (emails, posters, Viva Engage posts, announcements).
- Partner with Corporate Communications or EC Comms for branding and dissemination.
- Ensure employees receive timely, clear, and engaging information.
- Keep track budget, quotations, contract, liquidations in relation to the events
- Maintain database of suppliers, facilitators and logistics partners
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Communications, or related field
- Background in organizational development, employee engagement, or wellness programs is an advantage
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, HR Operations, or People & Culture roles
- Proven experience in planning and executing ER initiatives, including:
- Employee wellness programs
- Sports and recreational activities
- Learning workshops, talks, and employee events
- Programs involving employees’ families and dependents
- Experience supporting company-wide culture-building and engagement campaigns
- Exposure to working with cross-functional teams (HR, Admin, Communications, Facilities, vendors)
Employee Relations & Engagement Expertise
- Strong understanding of employee engagement drivers, workplace morale, and well-being
- Ability to design, coordinate, and roll out:
- Physical, mental, and emotional wellness initiatives
- Sports fests, team-building activities, and social events
- Talks, workshops, and seminars for employees and dependents
- Experience supporting culture, values, and employer branding initiatives
