Role Overview: 

  • Prepare job descriptions, advertise vacant positions, and manage the whole employment process including new employee orientation, maintaining talent pool and talent network sources
  • Manage the Training & Career development program of employees based on the skills, roles/functions and future needs
  • Establish and update the Compensation, Benefits and Incentives Program and ensuring proper adherence, execution and payroll administration
  • Establish and maintain appropriate attendance and other payroll related procedures, systems, policies and guidelines, process documentations to capture complete and accurate data for payroll processing and payments
  • Preparing and/or review accurate and on time payroll processing for all employees
  • Ensure accurate and on time compliance with all government related regulations and requirements, such as but not limited to, BIR, SSS, PAG-IBIG, PHIL HEALTH, and DOLE
  • Provide feedback, grievance and counseling structure and procedures to employees
  • Help in establishing and maintaining an innovative, inclusive, professional, engaged workforce to create a good place to work
  • Determine, provide and oversee the maintenance of healthy, safe, sanitized/clean and work enablers (tools, equipment, fixtures, etc.) for employees and visitors
  • Plan, organize and oversee official and approved company and employee events in accordance with company policies and applicable laws

Required Qualifications: 

  • Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, Legal Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science or any related course
  • Has at least 5 years of work experience as HR Admin and Recruitment supervisor or officer in a reputable Accounting/Finance shared services, BPO, personnel services agency or similar type business
  • Has knowledge and understanding of organization’s business processes, policies and guidelines, including laws, regulations, and guidelines related to HR and contract negotiations
  • Has excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and oral
  • Has good analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Has proven track record in leadership and effective management of personnel
