

ONCOLOGY SPECIALIST (NORTH LUZON)

Role Overview
- Implements Rx (medical prescription) and sales generation, coverage of targeted doctors within assigned area, customer service and relationship marketing strategies, and follow-up of sales in targeted outlets
- Grows the business in area of responsibility and gains significant market share through:
- Effective implementation of appropriate marketing strategies and operations led programs for top MD clients and relevant hospital accounts
Conceptualization and execution of product-led and customized territorial programs (based on needs of MDs), including program monitoring, coordination, and evaluation - Effective customer focus/service, resource management, and relationship marketing initiatives to Customers by fulfilling needs and expectations that would help build and sustain Brand Equity and Area Business
- Participates in corporate, divisional, medical and allied society functions, and provides support to CME functions through events management, detailing, product presentation, and RTD/ FGD implementation
- Identifies the right Doctors for Territorial Campaigns, sustains Area Business Database, and gathers MD information updates for implementation of suitable marketing programs
- Provides support in logistical arrangements regarding product delivery to doctors
- Collaborates with Customer Development Specialist counterparts in fulfillment of sales
- Monitors cycle of patient treatment to anticipate filling of required supplies of products
- Effective implementation of appropriate marketing strategies and operations led programs for top MD clients and relevant hospital accounts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree of any business-related course
- With 3 to 6 years of relevant work experience
- Has interest to perform Sales and Marketing functions
- With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is results-driven and customer-oriented
